Q.  I would like to make a reservation. How do I proceed?

The booking proces is totally explained for you on the page booking. If you have other questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact us by e-mail or by phone.

Q.  Where can I pick up the key when I arrive?

Before you leave (and after the full payment) we will send you all the information you need to know about your arrival. We have some very special people available in Colònia de Sant Pere, who will greet you, hand you the key and give you some explanations about the house. You will receive their contactinformation and you will be able to set a date and time to meet up at our holiday home.

Q.  Can I cancel my booking?

You can read our full cancellation policy in our Terms and Conditions. When you confirm a reservation with us, you will always be given the choice to optionally book a cancellation insurance through our insurance partner Axa. You can read the conditions and information about this insurance at that time. If you do not take out cancellation insurance, or if your cancellation does not meet the conditions, the following arrangement applies in principle:


Situation 1 : you have made the reservation and paid the advance

If canceled up to 90 days before the planned arrival date, the advance will be fully refunded.
In case of cancellation up to 60 days before the planned arrival date, you will receive a refund of 50% of the advance.
In case of cancellation up to 30 days before the planned arrival date, you will receive a refund of 20% of the advance.
In case of cancellation after 30 days before arrival, the deposit will not be refunded.


Situation 2 : you have paid the full amount (at the latest 10 days before arrival) :

If the full amount has been paid, the booking is in principle final and can no longer be cancelled. In consultation with us, your booking can possibly be moved to a later date.
In case of cancellation within 15 days until the day of arrival, you will only receive a refund of 10% of the total amount.
In all cases it is recommended to take out cancellation insurance in order to cope with unforeseen circumstances and not to incur unnecessary costs.


If you do not show up on the agreed arrival date (without notification or explanation), nothing will be refunded.

Q.  What happens if my flight is delayed or cancelled?

In this case, we ask you to inform us of the delay or cancellation of your flight as soon as possible. In that case, we can decide together what the options are (later arrival date, later check-in, rebooking to a later date,...) Together we look at the options and together we make a decision about your holiday arrangement.
